The faculty presents a life-cycle picture of logistics reducing costs and improving efficiencies from the inception of new products to the retirement and disposal of old ones. At the end of the program students will be able to apply fundamental elements of logistics support to system design, new processes, commercial physical distribution and retail support, effectively lowering costs while meeting overall enterprise goals.
